Story

As a dedicated supporter of Action for A-T, I am deeply aware of the profound impact that Ataxia Telangiectasia (A-T) has on the lives of children and their families. The diagnosis brings with it a future fraught with immense physical and emotional challenges.

Founded in January 2012 by parents who intimately understand this struggle, Action for A-T is unwavering in its commitment to funding high-quality medical research for A-T.

In the UK, research funding for A-T is severely limited, which is why Action for A-T was established - to amplify investment in A-T research and raise awareness of this condition.

I have chosen to mark my 10-year anniversary as CEO of the charity by raising funds for Action for A-T through the '2024 Tourmalet Cycle' event.

On June 21, 2024, I will be pedalling to the summit of the Col du Tourmalet to raise awareness and funds for A-T research. My goal is to raise £1,500 to contribute towards finding a cure or treatment for this devastating childhood condition.

Your support means everything - please join me in making a difference.
