Story

Hey - thanks for visiting my page

On Saturday, the 24th August 2024, I will be taking part in a ‘Quadlathon’ event in which I will be running, rowing, skiing (on an erg, but still counts!) and cycling a marathon - 42KM in each of the 4 different disciplines, back-to-back over the course of ~18 hours

There is a reason for this. I will be raising money for the BHMT - a brilliant local charity supporting research and care for those suffering with severe mental illnesses.

This cause is personal and the BHMT is close to many of us. Our friend Joe Harris was a patron before his untimely departure. Joe was a competitive triathlete and marathon runner so I will try and channel a bit of his spirit and endurance by getting around this course.

Please donate whatever you can. The money will be going to a brilliant cause and will help some incredible community-based work the charity is conducting.

Thanks in advance for anything you can give!

Cheers,

Sean
