As part of our Applied Animal Science BSc, we are tasked with undertaking a group project. We have chosen to conduct a charity bake sale in aid of Paignton Zoo. As we are entering the animal sector it seems fitting to support a local zoo and animal charity.

Paignton Zoo is part of Wild Planet Trust, a conservation charity established in 1957 and based in Devon, UK. We operate two zoos in south west England, in addition to two local nature reserves and a National Nature Reserve. We also work in partnership with other organisations and communities at home and abroad to protect wild animals and their habitats.

Our zoos and reserves provide safe havens for threatened species, and unique opportunities for people to connect with nature. Your donation will support our conservation work and help us to provide the very best care to the animals and plants that call Paignton Zoo home.
