Story
I have been inspired by the London Marathon ever since I was young and have been given the opportunity to run it by such a wonderful charity.
I will be raising money for MIND and in the process hopefully raising awareness around the high numbers of young people sadly taking their own lives.
For various reasons, the pandemic, and events happening around that time had a real impact on my mental health. I was fortunate enough to feel able to talk and get help from family and friends. Unfortunately, this was not the case for my friends and training partners. Five of them passed away due to their battle with their mental health. All were amazing young men with so much ahead of them. RIP.
Any donations, shares or words of support is greatly appreciated.

-Our Infoline, which offers callers confidential help for the price of a local call.
-Our Legal Line, which provides information on mental health related law to the public, service users, family members/carers, mental health professionals and mental health advocates.
-Our award-winning information, certified by the PIF Tick.
"Mind was such an invaluable source of information. I can't put into words how helpful they were for both of us..."
