This year I am again supporting the Carli Lansley Foundation through a string of events and hope to raise some money at the same time. This amazing local charity provides free ECG screening for anyone aged 14-35 to help catch underlying heart problems.

I will be doing a number of things this year including:

- London Landmarks Half Marathon on the 2nd April 2023

- Southend on Sea Half Marathon on the 11th June 2023

- Charity Quiz hosted by myself on the 1st July 2023
