Thanks for visiting my page. I'm raising money for the British Heart Foundation and I'd be so grateful for your support. The BHF has helped halve the number of people dying from heart and circulatory disease in the UK but sadly every day hundreds of people lose their lives.

Fred Conway was a dear friend and also my County FA Chairman. Fred sadly passed away in November 2022 from a heart related disease.

I am the Referee Development Officer for the Cumberland FA and for the past few years I have tried to run every day from the 1st January, initially raising funds for RED January and mental health in sport. Last year I made it through to the 10th March and in 2021 to mid-May. This year I want to reach Friday 14th June which is the opening game of the Euros 2024.

It's only thanks to support from people like us that the BHF can create new treatments and discover new cures. £24 could pay for two hours of research by an early career scientist, but every pound helps so please give what you can to help me hit my target. Thanks!
