One of my best mates unfortunately came face to face with men's suicide in December of 2023 and it's really brought to life that some people feel like they have no hope, nowhere to turn and the world is better off without them. We hear all the time about the rates of male suicide that perhaps we've become too detached from what is actually happening.

If we can save just one person and give them a reason to carry on living then surely it's worth doing.
