To mark 25 years in the Fire Service I'm running the 2025 TCS London Marathon in support of The Fire Fighters Charity. They provide specialist lifelong support for members of the UKs fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical and social wellbeing throughout their lives. Over this time I have seen first hand the help and support they provide to friends, family and colleagues during some very difficult times ❤️🔥🚒
