Street Child exists to see all children safe, in school and learning – especially in low resource environments and emergencies. Their work reaches over a million children in more than 20 of the world’s poorest and most disaster-affected countries, including Afghanistan, Ukraine and Somalia. They work to address all the barriers which prevent a child from being safe, in school and learning – providing emergency aid and mental health support, building schools and training teachers, reuniting families and helping out of school children into education. £17* could provide a child in Liberia with an education support package, including a school bag, new uniform, exercise books and new pens. £125* could provide a family with a business grant that enables them to afford the costs of sending two children back to school
