We as the East and Mid Older People's team in brokerage are looking to fundraise for Dementia UK whilst taking part in the 'Walk 50 Miles in June'. As part of our jobs, we are helping older people get the care they need who have dementia and so we would like to raise money to help Dementia UK provide Admiral Nurses who will provide care and support to families effected by dementia.
