The Lyke Wake walk is a 67km walk from Osmotherley to Ravenscar that crosses the North Yorkshire Moors.

The amazing Scarborough Lifeboat crew of 15 will attempt to carry a stretcher with a mannequin for the full distance within the allotted time of 24 hrs.

With testing climbs and a total ascent of 4800 ft this will test the crews mental and physical ability.

Starting at 1600 on Friday 21st July they will walk through the night and hope to finish for 1600 Saturday 22nd July 2023.
