We are trying to raise money for a few hand pumps to be built in some poor villages in Bangladesh. Giving them access to clean water can transform the lives of a whole community. Water Pumps can potentially serve 100’s of people Alhamdulillah.
We are trying to raise money as a form of sadaqa jariya in our beloved Shanara’s name for a few hand pumps to be built in some poor villages in Bangladesh, giving them access to clean water can transform the lives of the whole community. Water Pumps can potentially serve 100’s of people Alhamdulillah.
Access to clean water in some areas of Bangladesh is very difficult. Many are drinking impure water from rivers containing lead and other harmful bacteria. This will provide people living in some of the poorest areas in Bangladesh with clean, drinking water.
Nearly one billion people have no access to safe drinking water, One of every five deaths of children under the age of 5 is due to a water related disease. Close to 80% of illness in developing nations is believed to be connected to poor water and sanitation issues
By donating towards this it also makes an excellent form of sadaqa jaariya for loved ones (including those who have passed away), as both you and the recipient continue reaping rewards.
The cost is only £150 to get a water pump installed and by doing so you will change the lives of so many people, please donate what you can.
Kind regards,
