The Lenton Centre, a well-loved community hub featuring a swimming pool, gym, hall, and community spaces, faces the threat of closure of all or part of its building, which will significantly impact the community. This essential organisation now urgently seeks financial aid to continue its operations.

To continue to support the local community with the gym and community spaces, the Lenton Centre requires a cash injection of £30,000.

In addition we would need £10,000 per month to save the swimming pool.

The financial struggles are largely due to the cost-of-living crisis, which has significantly increased utility bills and wages. Additionally, the recent removal of the discretionary charity rates relief by the council has exacerbated the Centre’s financial woes.
