Personally, I am so grateful to be getting older, as another birthday means another year of life that wouldn't be possible with CF. For me, that's another year of creating memories with the ones I love most. I am incredibly fortunate to be a recipient of the drug Kaftrio, which has helped make a longer life increasingly possible. There are so many more however, that aren't eligible, and the more research that can be done, the more we can change this. The only option that so many patients face, and often while still in childhood, is that of a lung transplant - in itself even more difficult to come by than the life-changing medication! Such a strange situation for people with CF to be faced with, so let's team up and help save more lives with the promise of a better future.

CF is a genetic condition affecting more than 10,800 people in the UK. You are born with CF and cannot catch it later in life, but one in 25 of us carries the faulty gene that causes it, usually without knowing.

Money raised will help create a brighter future for people facing the challenge of CF, so let's all come together and unite for a life without limits. Your donation to my page will make a huge difference to people with CF.
