On Sunday 26th November I will be taking part in Conwy Mind's first Mental Elf 5k fun run in memory of Philip Evans who sadly passed away earlier this year. I will be running along with Phil's wife Rachel, his sister Holly and many other friends and family.

Mental Elf aims to bring the community together, provide festive fun but all together have one goal - to support better mental health and wellbeing across Conwy County.

We all know Christmas can be an extra difficult time for some people and at Conwy Mind they see a rise in calls and people needing support. Money raised during Mental Elf can them us ensure nobody faces a mental health issue alone.

With support and sponsorship we can help Conwy Mind support more people, answer more phone calls, and speak louder for everyone affected by mental health in Conwy.
