The Yorkshire 3 Peaks is happening again!

After the success of our very first NeoFriends Xmas party in December 2023, our 2nd annual fundraising challenge will be taking on the Yorkshire 3 peaks once again. The sense of achievement last year was incredible so we thought we’d put ourselves through it again with the aim of improving our time a little bit. This epic journey will see us conquer 25 miles of walking and a 5200 ft ascent all in under 12 hours to raise funds for NeoFriends.

So please please sponsor and support us- big or small it doesn't matter, it all adds up and we’d really appreciate anything you can give. Your sponsorship will not only help motivate us along the way, but most importantly, will help to raise money for a really great cause!

The money raised will fund this years Xmas party and our NeoFriends groups, paying for drinks and snacks at the weekly groups and crafts for the children to enjoy each week. We’ve also been able to purchase some new toys and some sensory items and are contributing some funds towards the Hull NICU summer reunion in July.

It’s a mighty challenge and we would welcome and appreciate any donations in aid of NeoFriends!

NeoFriends is a community support group run weekly in the Hull area for any family that has spent time on the Neonatal Unit/Special Care Unit or the Transitional Care Unit with their baby. NeoFriends is a safe space for families to come once they’ve been discharged from the hospital for ongoing support. Its a fun/supportive group for everyone, a way for parents to meet other parents, interact with other families and build connections and friendships with others who have shared a similar experience.
