Remembering Kit

Sarah Plant is raising money for The Noah Jordan Foundation
In memory of Kit

Bake Sale · 26 March 2025

Kit's family and friends are joining together in his memory to help fund much needed research into POLG-related mitochondrial disorders to hopefully help find treatments and a cure, and to support families affected by these terrible diseases.

Story

On Wednesday 26th March there will be a bake sale fundraiser at the Birmingham City Council Offices to raise money for The Noah Jordan Foundation who fund research into mitochondrial disease.

Last September my nephew Kit sadly lost his life (at 14 months old) due to this cruel disease.

The Noah Jordan Foundation is a small charity that has been set up by Noah’s family following the death of their beloved son Noah – another baby boy who also devastatingly passed away last year due to the same disease - aged just 9 months old.

Money raised will go towards vital research and supporting other families.

Please read the story below and if you can, please donate, every little will help.
