Event: Dip a Day in May for MND Scotland, from 1 May 2024 to 31 May 2024
It has been 10 years since the Ice Bucket Challenge went viral. MND Scotland raised a staggering £500k and allowed us to support thousands of people living with MND. Help us to celebrate the 10 year anniversary.

Story

MND Scotland is the only Scottish charity providing care and support to people affected by Motor Neuron Disease (MND), as well as funding research to take us a step closer to a cure.

We want a world without Motor Neuron Disease, so I’m fundraising because I want to help find a cure for this devastating disease.

Sponsoring me will also help MND Scotland to provide practical, financial, and emotional support to people affected by MND.

This May I'm going to be doing a cold-water 'dook' every day to help raise funds for MND Scotland.

Between my Lumi Pod and the many lovely lochs/reservoirs/waterfalls near to me, I will be submerging in cold water for a minimum of 5 minutes every day during May. And as it's been 10 years since the famous 'Ice Bucket Challenge' I'm going to celebrate the end of my challenge by doing my own ice bucket challenge on the 31st May.

Any amount you could spare, no matter how small, for this very worthy cause would be much appreciated.

Thanks everyone! 🥶🥶🥶
