Story
Disability Snowsport UK's vision is of mountains and slopes free from barriers. We believe that all people have the right to access the unique physical, mental, and social benefits of snowsports, regardless of disability, injury, or experience.
We operate ski schools at various locations throughout the UK as well as delivering opportunities to ski and snowboard in a mountain environment worldwide.
I’ve been a member of DSUK before it was DSUK ( I’m revealing my age now 🙈🙉🙊). I’ve met and made friends with some wonderful and interesting people and have gone on many DSUK ski holidays. Now days I join my chapter once a month at Hemel snow centre for skiing, eating and laughing. This is my way of helping and giving back. Myself and 2 friends Hannah and Lindsay are undertaking a half- triathlon, where I’ll be taking on the 2.5 km walk.
