The Little Princess Trust provides real hair wigs, free of charge, to children and young people who have lost their own hair through cancer treatment or to other conditions such as Alopecia.

The charity is also one of the largest funders of childhood cancer research in the UK.

The Little Princess Trust relies solely on the generosity of its wonderful supporters who help the charity give Hair and Hope to so many children and young people with cancer each year.

So back in February Amelia spoke to us and said that she wanted to donate her hair, we researched online and found the little princess trust who accept donations and make wigs for children and young adults up to the age of 24. We said that at that time she couldn't cut her hair due to her aunties wedding well that's been and gone and she's still certain that this is what she wants to do, so with that in mind we've booked the big hair cut for the 29th August! This gives her hair a little more time to grow and plenty of time for hopefully some generous donations. It costs £150 for a wig fitting, £550 to make a wig and £700 to provide a wig to a child. So please dig deep!!!
