Story
Those of you who know me well, know that I have a strong aversion to exercise. As someone who works for the Ambulance Service, I am all too aware how often the air ambulance is called upon and the seriousness of the situation which requires their attendance. Just imagine if you, or someone you cared about, needed them and they couldn't come.
So, even though i detest all things exercise, I'm skipping for 15 minutes everyday in October for the North West Air Ambulance Charity. This lifesaving charity that receives No NHS or Government funding means a lot to me, and I hope that you'll consider contributing and cheering me on. Your support is really appreciated and your contribution will keep the charity flying to save lives, whether you donate £5 or £25. Every little helps me to reach my goal. Thank you for supporting me in this challenge! I've included information about The North West Air Ambulance Charity below.
