I will be swimming every day in March for Refuge.

I am not a fit person and regular exercise will be a real challenge for me so raising much needed funds for Refuge will be keeping me going!

Refuge works tirelessly to help more women and children escape domestic abuse. On any given day, Refuge supports 7000 women and children. Just £10 could provide a woman arriving at a Refuge with the support she needs for her first night.
