On March 27 th I’ll be starting my Coast 2 Coast Stand Up Paddle Board Challenge. Using the canal network I’ll be travelling on my paddle board 162miles from Liverpool to Goole in 11 days.

There are at least 100 locks that we will have to portage round. Paddle boarding is not the fastest way to travel with an average speed of 3 mph this will be a big test of my strengths and determination.

I’m raising money for Andys Man Club because I feel so strongly that it is a much needed space for men to realise that #itsoktotalk.

Suicide is the biggest killer of men under the age of 50.

If I can do one thing to support the cause and prevent the heartbreak that goes with the loss of a loved one then I will be one very happy lady.
