Story
The Pembrokeshire Coast Path National Trail, spanning 186 miles of breathtaking coastline through the UK’s only coastal National Park, this trail is a vital route, connecting communities and supporting our wildlife and economy. This special area faces serious threats from climate change, including severe storms, rising sea levels, and coastal erosion. Our paths need immediate support to overcome these challenges!
With rising maintenance costs and decreasing funding, our beautiful trails are at risk. We urgently need your help to fund essential repairs. Your support will enable us to rebuild bridges, realign trails, protect ancient monuments, and safeguard beaches from erosion.
So I want to run/walk the full 186 miles from Poppet sands to Amroth in hopefully under 50 hours. In the aim to beat my own record of 51 hours and 30 minutes
The coastpath has helped me so much over time so now it's time for me help it back.
I will take on this challenge in April/May 2025. It is dependent on the weather and tides.
