Story
Last year I was diagnosed with high grade Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma, six rounds of chemotherapy followed and now thankfully I am in remission. A cancer diagnosis is far reaching within a family and no-one is untouched by the experience, I was fortunate to receive incredible care from our wonderful NHS and amazing support from my family and close friends, for which I will always be grateful.
I have wanted to run the London Marathon for as long as I can remember and now have a 'platform' to help raise money for a fantastic charity who helped me emotionally in some of my darkest hours. Lymphoma Action is the UK's only charity dedicated to lymphoma, the 5th most common cancer within the UK and their mission is to make sure no one faces lymphoma alone.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for any donation.
