Psychosis can be a debilitating experience with far reaching implications for the individual and their family. It can affect all aspects of life: education and employment, relationships and social functioning, physical and mental wellbeing.
Early Intervention In Psychosis teams work with people and their families to provide intensive social, medical and psychological support to aid a persons recovery.

Kate - "Seriously need to ban beer at cricket practice"
Kelly - Joining our 5K while she trains for a 10K in October.
Kerry - "I choose to run"
Val - Running to get fit
Donna, Emma, Kate, Kelly & Kerry will be running the Birmingham 5K on Sept 15th. Diane, Karl and Val will be completing personal challenges. Please support us in our fundraising efforts.
The Cirdan Voyage : A sailing voyage takes people away from their usual surroundings and puts them into an environment where they must live and work as a team and be resilient. As the voyage progresses, there are challenges, with an opportunity to develop life skills, increase self-confidence and self-esteem, build resilience and improve communication and teamwork skills.
This is a residential experience aboard our large offshore sailing vessels where everyone becomes part of the crew both above and below deck to face the challenge and adventure of life at sea. The experience has also proved to be beneficial with regards to improving mental health and well-being.
