Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

After I was diagnosed with Grade 3 Invasive Ductal Carcinoma (Breast Cancer ) on Friday 13th February 2015 I shaved my hair off to raise funds for a deserving Cancer charity .

So, after I was invited to Brave on the catwalk at Aberdeen Beach Ballroom this year, by a Dear Friend, I was inspired by the 'Brave ' guys and felt I had to try to donate as much as I possibly could to the Wonderful Aberdeen Anchor Unit where I received my 6 chemo shots in 2015 ( and much more - what they do there is truly incredible ! ) But unfortunately, because it's local, we will hear about people we know receiving treatment there after their diagnosis .... This is for them xx

So on Sunday 13th August 2023 , I shaved my hair off again and I'm donating this to a charity who will make a wig from it and will be gifted to a deserving person.

I hope to be able to donate as much as possible from this page and will also give a personal donation to a truly wonderful cause which is extremely close to my heart.

Thank You So Much for Your Donation - I know it will make a huge difference to many. Love and Mega Hugs to All Sandra xx
