Story
Thank you for visiting my just giving page. In January I will take on my hardest challenge to date; The (268 Mile)‘WINTER SPINE’Race. The montane winter spine, is widely regarded one of the hardest ‘non-stop’ endurance races in the World.
It's a non-stop, 268 mile race along the most iconic and demanding national trail in Britain; the Pennine Way, in the heart of winter. Wind chill can reach as low as -20 in parts.
I have chosen to run the Race for the incredible Children’s cancer charity at Southampton hospital, ‘Piam brown ward’ This charity is very close to us and any contribution will be extremely appreciated. Piam Brown Ward is the Wessex children's cancer unit. They help care for children from birth to 16 years old with all forms of cancer. Funded by Southampton Hospitals Charity.
