Story

Each year, more than 2,200 patients, including approximately 500 stroke patients, rely on Vancouver Islands centre for neurological care at Victoria General Hospital. I invite you to join me in supporting Neurosciences & Rehabilitation through this campaign, and help fund specialized equipment and help patients reach the highest level of function and redefine what is possible in their daily lives. Your donation helps fund these purchases so patients have the best chance at a full recovery. The neuroscience experts treat a range of conditions, including trauma, epilepsy, tumours, multiple sclerosis and Parkinsons disease. The rehabilitation team maximizes a patients potential and function by looking at every other problem that will happen to a patients body as a consequence of their initial condition and actively working to mitigate them. By donating, together, we can invest in our teams as they continue to provide support and deliver the highest care for all patients. Thank you!
