Story
Samuel and I are participating in the Royal Parks Half Marathon in October to raise money for the MS Society with my beautiful family in mind.
My mum and my sister, Kirsty, both face constant challenges that come with having MS, each in their own unique way. By raising funds for the Multiple Sclerosis Society, we will fund research, provide extra support and raise much needed awareness!
My mum has secondary-progressive MS that has reached to a point where she relies on a wheelchair for mobility. My sister Kirsty battles with relapsing-remitting MS. Their resilience is a constant inspiration to all that know them. Despite their physical limitations and consistent pain, they are always found with a smiles on their faces. Witnessing their courage makes me extremely proud to call them my family.
Our journey wouldn't be complete without an honourable mention to my dad, who pours his heart and soul into caring for Mum, ensuring her happiness every single day. And to Nick, the rock-solid husband who supports my sister with love and total devotion.
Samuel and I are dedicated to raising a minimum of £700, and hopefully more. Together, we will turn our miles into meaningful change and bring us closer to a future where MS is not able to dictate the lives of those we love
Thank you for joining us in this journey and for your generous support.
Thank you all sooo much!!
