Did you know that 25 people every day in the UK have an amputation due to diabetes complications, which adds up to 9,360 amputees per year. To prevent this terrible tragedy from getting worse, Public Health Collaboration (Charity no. 1171887) are seeking to raise at least £9,360 to help in its efforts to reverse the type 2 diabetes epidemic.

I'm doing my bit to support them by trying to raise £125 through The Star Jump Challenge. For 25 days in a row, I'll be doing 25 star jumps with burpees and press ups per day between 1st October and 25th October 2024.
