Story
For those of you who knew Sam the below will be like listening to your own thoughts.
Sam was the most loving, generous, caring, bravest and fabulous person you would want to be part of your life. She faced everything with her genuine positivity that always inspired others.
Her drive for life was reflected in the many successes she achieved in sports, her career, and her personal life. She would light up the room with her beautiful smile and amazing eyes and her kindest throughout any situation was part of her.
Her strength and determination has definitely been seen over the last 7 years since her diagnosis, facing every treatment with a positive and focused mindset, always believing in her future and making sure she made the most of every day and realising the dreams she had.
Her last few days were spent at the Isabel Hospice in Welwyn where the staff where absolutely amazing and allowed Sam to continue being her beautiful self while being comfortable. As a gesture of our sincere thanks to the whole team at the Isabel Hospice we ask anyone who wants to make a donation please do so in Sam’s memory rather than cards and flowers to the family.
Everyone who knew Sam will have the most amazing stories and memories of her – share them always and celebrate all the funny, loving and special times she created throughout her life.
