I'm running the London Landmarks Half Marathon 2025 for Dementia UK in support of my mother who was diagnosed with early onset dementia 2 years ago.

Dementia is such a cruel illness and affects not just the one with the illness but loved ones as well.

I am doing this run with my sister Layla and her husband James to try raise funds for Dementia UK.
