We are taking part in the 45th annual Samaritans walk - hosted by the Worthing branch. Walking 25 miles around the Arundel countryside.

Every 10 seconds, Samaritans answers a call for help and there isn't a single second where Samaritans aren't on the phone to someone.

People contact Samaritans for a variety of reasons, including family issues, worries about money, health and mental health, and thoughts of suicide. Whatever you're going through, a Samaritan will face it with you.
