My Dad is bravely battling cancer whilst being treated and supported by the brilliant team at The Christie's. My Grandad died of cancer before I was born and several other members of my family have affected by the disease, inspiring me to fundraise.

Running with a friend, we will continuously run along every street (335+) in Buxton, covering a distance of over 75 miles (120km), including many out and back cul-de-sacs. Whilst I have run a few trail ultra marathons before, this will be the longest distance I have attempted, the equivalent of 3 back to back marathons, and being on pavements will also throw up additional physical and mental challenges.

I have lived in Buxton for most of my life following 3 generations of my family, I know Buxton fairly well but have never visited every street! Something that may not have been done on foot in one go by anyone else before!
