London Royal Parks 50k Challenge, 17 August 2024
In memory of Jacob & George
We will be visiting all London Royal Parks in a single day, treking along the banks of the River Thames to cover this challenging 50km distance trek.

Story

This year, I am taking on the 50k London Royal Parks challenge in memory of my twin boys, Jacob and George, who were born nearly 13 years ago following a premature birth. With each step, I’ll be carrying their memory, openly sharing their names and their story with everyone I meet along the way.

I am walking not just in remembrance, but also to support Footprints Baby Loss, a charity that supports anyone who has lost a baby or babies from a multiple birth. In my toughest times, my befriender provided a lifeline and I want to help offer this to others.

Your donations are crucial as they enable new charity Footprints to deliver vital bereavement services and provide ongoing support to families who are navigating the painful journey of twin or triplet loss. The funds raised will help sustain initiatives such as befriending services, online support groups, and our supportive online community on Facebook.

Please consider making a donation, no matter the size, to help us continue this important work. Thank you so much for your support and for standing with families like mine who rely on Footprints Baby Loss to find hope and healing.
