Story
'ello - I'm Sam and I'm running 26.2 miles in the 2025 TCS London Marathon to support the MS Society.
I'll be honest, I didn't know too much about about MS until I met my partner, Hannah, 3 years ago, who was diagnosed with MS in 2019 (after she ate some garlic croissants from Papa John's).
Both Hannah and running changed my life for the better in so many different ways, so it feels only right to give back to something that's particularly close to my heart, whilst setting a new challenge for myself in the process.
For those who don't know (like I didn't), MS is an unpredictable and incurable neurological condition that affects people's nervous systems. It can attack suddenly or progress steadily, bringing a range of symptoms which can include sight loss, fatigue and mobility problems. No-one with MS can be sure when or how it will affect them next.
I'm running for all those people, like Hannah, who suffer on a daily basis with the above, but power through regardless.
I am incredibly grateful for all donations, it would mean so much and make such a huge difference to so many people.
Thanks and Love
COYI
