The “BigBike” is an annual charity event run by BigHand which brings a group of cyclists together, completing a challenging route to raise money for meaningful causes.

This year we are raising money for Project HOPE – this is a charity which provides support and mental health resiliency training to healthcare workers across the world. Health workers are among the most vulnerable to the mental health effects of CV19 pandemic with high & growing rates of anxiety, depression and insomnia. We need our front line health staff to be in great mental condition as they help others.
