I am being completely transparent with this one, and it has certainly taken some courage. On October 13th 2024 I will be taking part in the Royal Parks Half Marathon, raising money for the ‘Alcohol Change’ charity.

For those that don’t know, me and my sibling's sadly lost our mum in 2022, due to a long battle with alcohol addiction. Therefore it is a charity close to my heart.

Whilst there was help and support available for us as a family, like anything there could always be more. I really wish that no one has to endure the pain that we and so many others have. So, if by taking part in this race I can raise even enough to help one person, or better yet one family, I would be over the moon.

I know times are tough for everyone but if you are in a position to donate, I’d be so grateful.
