As some of you may know I've signed up for Boxing for Ashgate with Fitness Factory. I've been doing boxing once a week with my lad for a couple of months now and do enjoy it so the Mrs thought she'd persuade me to sign up and we all know i cant say no so herr we are.

I'm not the fittest so I think this might be a bit of a challenge for me but I want to give it ago.

I chose to do it because ashgate hospice is a local hospice that's helped my family and family friends in a time when they've needed them. I want to make sure that if anything should happen to anyone else I know ashgate will still be there so please If you can donate.
