Hello All, this May we'll be challenging ourselves by taking on Hyrox London (4th May) and the Hackney Half marathon (19th May). If we finish both in one piece it will be a miracle!

What better way to show your support and keep us motivated than by donating to this incredible charity that's doing fantastic work locally with children that need it most 😊

Haven House

Haven House Children’s Hospice cares for seriously ill babies and children by creating a loving and warm environment for them and their families while they go through the toughest of times.

£5 – could help pay for physiotherapy sessions to improve a child's strength, balance and co-ordination.

£10 – could assist with therapeutic yoga that can improve their sleep, reduce stress and reduce anxiety. This improves their quality of life and mental well-being.

£20 – could go towards a child spending a day at the Hospice, allowing access to nursing care and letting parents recharge so they can care better when the child comes home.

The Events

Hyrox - A global fitness race that starts with a 1 km run, followed by 1 functional movement, which repeats 8 times.

Hackney Half - a 13 mile half marathon in the vibrant heart of East London.
