On 12th April, I will be doing a skydive in support of Isabel Hospice, to help them continue delivering their vital palliative care services to anyone in eastern Hertfordshire who needs them.

Their palliative care and support services are provided through their Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, Living Well with Isabel programme, and their Family and Bereavement Support service.

Isabel Hospice supported my grandad, Norman Kimm, throughout his end-of-life care at Welwyn Garden and when he returned home. Any donations in memory of my grandad and to continue supporting Isabel Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
