Story
Because of your generosity, the research project in Elias' name started in December 2021.
This was specifically looking at CAR-T treatment.
Every £ raised by the ride in July 2019 went directly to the charity and as well as funding the research project we were able to buy an apheresis machine which is helping leukaemia patients every day.
We went again in July 2022, 270km from Paris to Poitiers in a 3-day challenge to continue our journey in Elias's name.
With your help, we took the fund-raising target over the £300,000 mark and enabled a 2nd PhD student to transform treatment for leukaemia patients.
And now we are going again on our Trilogy ride in July 2025 Vienne to Aigues-Mortes, 340kms along the banks of the Rhone river.
£500,000 is a great target which we are proud to work to achieve.
We are humbled by your generosity and know that Elias would have been very proud of this great effort.
