After two children in my daughter's class experiencing the tragic loss of a parent in the last year, I have decided to embark on a 50km cycle for Jeremiah's Journey - a local charity supporting children and their families through bereavement - to support the work that they do.

Jeremiah’s Journey is a bereavement charity providing age-appropriate therapeutic interventions for children and young people based in Plymouth and the surrounding areas. They currently support over 700 children and young people each year.

Jeremiah’s Journey believe that no child or young person should be alone in their grief, endeavouring to ensure that they can face the future with the skills necessary to continue with the ability to enjoy their lives more fully with grief being one part of their life, and not their sole focus.
