We provide evidence-based resources to support teenage mental health

Story

Was it FOMO, was it because I've always wanted to do it, was it just because?

I'm finally doing the 3 Peaks Challenge with a bunch of fabulous, other FOMO women from Viki's amazing Fit State classes (think weights, think running, think positive!) Oh, and Viki is coming to (she is the one who runs Fit State and convinced us to do it!) I've decided to raise money for the Wimbledon based (but national reach) teenage mental health charity stem4 while I'm at it.

The charity are doing extraordinary work and all through a phone app (yep - they got that right - 100%) and visiting many, many schools. Check out what they do as they help so many.

So about them:

'stem4 is a charity that promotes positive mental health in teenagers and those who support them including their families and carers, education professionals, as well as school nurses and GPs through the provision of mental health education, resilience strategies and early intervention.

This is primarily provided digitally through our innovative education programme, pioneering mental health apps, clinically-informed website and mental health conferences that contribute to helping young people and those around them flourish.'

So thank you for looking at this page, because raising awareness about stem4 may help another teenager and if you've sponsored, it's much appreciated.
