I’m very fortunate and excited to be running London Marathon, it’s been a tough journey getting fit so now it’s time to shout out and raise funds.

I’ve chosen the Somerset based charity PROMISE works which I’ve recently come to know. Founded in 2017 it supports individual young people with emotional or mental health needs by linking them to a volunteer mentor. The positive impact that building a long term caring relationship with a young person in need is profound for themselves, their family and the community. Their long term prospects for life, once uncertain, are hugely enhanced.
