Laura, Sophie & I have decided to take on the 50 mile challenge in March to raise money for the RSPCA Leeds, Wakefield & District Branch. After recently completing the couch to 5k we are still very new to running so this will be a big challenge for us!

The RSPCA Leeds, Wakefield & District Branch is in a severe financial crisis, and we need your help now more than ever. We are a completely self-funded charity, registered with the Charity Commission, separate from the National RSPCA, and we rely heavily on the support of our local community to continue our vital work. However, with rising costs of utilities, vet bills, food, and overheads, along with reduced income, we have had to take drastic action. Without immediate support, we could be forced to close our doors, leaving countless abused and neglected animals without the care they desperately need.
