Together Dementia Support help people to live positively with dementia in Manchester and Trafford. Every year we work with hundreds of people who live with dementia and their carers, enabling them to live actively, socially and positively. They deserve all the help we can give as it's a tough ilness to live with.

This year I'm walking with one of our members, Dennis, again. He thoroughly enjoyed last year's event - and he's a star walker! Often he goes out walking by himself - and getting lost but, if we can grow our services, Dennis, and others like him, can have more company and activities each week.
