Story

💥THE HIIT COMPANY TAKEOVER 2024 @ Barrow Park Leisure Centre💥

Hi everyone,

I would love to get everyone together on Sunday 20th October, 10am-12:30pm, for our 4th HIIT Takeover at Barrow Park Leisure Centre with The HIIT Company. This year, raising money for the St Mary’s Hospice Charity in Ulverston.

Over the last 3 years, I have raised money for numerous different charities who were caring/supporting my lovely Aunty throughout her long battle with cancer. Sadly, in March this year, my Aunty lost her battle with cancer and was comforted, right until the end, at St Mary’s Hospice, along with her family.

St Mary’s Hospice provides specialised supportive and palliative care for people with life-shortening conditions throughout South Cumbria. They are a fantastic charity, they support family’s dealing with heartbreaking circumstances every day - they hold a special place in many peoples hearts.

I would love you to join me on the day of the event!

What to expect:

• 3 HIIT Company workouts (take part in 1, 2 or 3 workouts)

• HIITCARDIO(10:15am) / HIITCIRCUIT(11am) / HIITSTEP(11:45am)

• £10 pp - All money raised goes to St Mary’s Hospice

• Good vibes and an amazing atmosphere on the day!
