Our mother/grandmother Kathy used this service over many years and believed passionately in its aims to offer holistic, affordable women only support to the local community. Having lost our Kathy in 2023 we are raising funds for the service in her memory.

Women + Health have been a safe, inclusive space for vulnerable, disadvantaged and underrepresented women & their families since 1986. Pioneers of integrated and holistic healthcare, they nurture physical, mental, emotional & social well-being. Services include short & long term counselling, complementary & alternative medicines such as acupuncture, osteopathy & reflexology, yoga, therapeutic gardening & life coaching. Many service users have complex health & social needs & include survivors of domestic & sexual violence, those suffering with multiple chronic physical pain conditions, burnout syndrome, PTSD, anxiety & depression.
